This hotel with 2 swimming pools. It offers a spa including massage treatments. Each en suite room includes a balcony with a view of the garden or the sea. This is an excellent hotel for both families, couples and singles. First we met the reseotionists who were very nice and welcoming. Smiled and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Especially a lady working there named monira was very inclusive and wanted the best for you. The food tasted excellent. There was plenty to choose from and the food tasted good. The people who worked at the restaurant took plates as soon as you finished and were good at cleaning up. I drank my fantan and got a refill right away, didn't have to ask for a refill even once. They really see you and follow you. Excellent restaurant and food. Nothing to complain about. There are some people who work who call themselves animation people who will entertain the tourists. They are very helpful and good at entertaining both adults and children. They make you feel welcome and include you in everything. Will come and ask you and you will join and do his best for you, so that you feel good and thrive. They include and see everyone. The room we got was very nice, nice warm colors that were comfortable. The bed was soft and good to lie in. It smelled clean when we entered the door and that's right, the room was clean. Hotel simples, mas com tudo que uma família precisa. A praia é ótima, com cadeiras e sombrinhas, a área da piscina é muito boa. O restaurante a lá carte e muito bom. Já l buffet deixa a desejar, assim como o café da manhã. Mas o custo benefício é muito bom. Se vc procura um hotel all inclusive bom e barato, este tem tudo isso.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. The best thing we liked here was the staff. Especially Mr. Hamdi the receptionist was very helpful and was very polite in fulfilling every request I had. Also the cleaning staff were very good to us. As it was our anniversary, they decorated our room beautifully and also providied us with an anniversary cake free of cost. Loved the service. The most beautiful resort I have been to in Tunisia. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trip in Sousse.
