Lovely staffs were excellent provided very good customer service. We just stayed 1 night at Chinese Spring festival, the reception manager was very kindly to upgraded sea view room for us. All staffs are polite and helpful. The location is excellent that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There was many choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable. Front office team were friendly and helpfull especialy Mrs. Mounira always smilling and giving good customer services experiences , and F&B was good as well

We especially loved the welcome from the staff. We had previously had a bad experience at different hotel and the staff (Mme Rym at reception) were really sympathetic and made our stay extra special! We loved the tennis courts and the grounds and the food! Ramsey the chef de salle was amazing… as was Mlle Rym and M Slim at the reception (sorry for errors with the names)… We did not have such a friendly and helpful service at our following hotel and I have to say that it makes all the difference ! We hope to come back with our children next time.
