Situated in the heart of an eco and wilderness park, Treetops Lodge & Estate offers luxurious suites and villas with views of the forest and lakes. This place is phenomenal. The food is great, the staff is so attentive and work so hard to make things personally special for the guests. Plus the property is unreal - so many trails to explore, a beautiful water fall exclusive to the property, I only wish we'd stayed longer!

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. the cabin was perfect size for 4 of us with everything we need.

Beachside Resort Motel is less than 5 minutes walk from Whitianga centre and less than 100 metres from Buffalo Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Very clean room Good location

You can walk to Cathedral Cove from Hahei Beach Resort, follow the beach and connect to the Cathedral Cove walkway (the walk takes about 1 hour each way). We loved the location; how we could walk right out the front of our bach and step onto a sandy pathway to a gorgeous beach. Perfect for evening walks and early morning sunrise viewing. Comfy beds and everything we needed as far as appliances, shovels for the hot water beach, enough towels for shower and beach.

Just 8 minutes’ walk from Whangamata Beach, Palm Pacific Resort & Motel boasts an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a tennis court. This was a lovely motel, walking distance from the beach with great facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this motel.

Located on The Esplanade overlooking Tairua Harbour, Paku Lodge Resort offers self-contained accommodation with a private balcony and harbour views. Great little resort. Even better they had free laundry facilities! Great location for a morning walk. Make sure you do Mt Paku if you stay here, well worth the walk.

Located next to the Lost Spring Thermal Pools, this resort offers direct access to Buffalo Beach and has a heated outdoor pool, tennis court and a children's playground. Great location close to beach, restaurants and pier. Can access the Lost Springs Geothermal Pools and Spa through a gate at the back of the property. We were given a 3 level apartment that could have slept 7.
