Featuring direct beach access, this resort has a barbecue area overlooking the ocean. Each self-contained apartment includes a private balcony or patio. We stayed on the top floor in an apartment facing the ocean. I think it was number 8. It was perfect. We could cook our own meals in the well equipped full kitchen. It was well laid out to sleep a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. We slept so well because of the black out blinds and lapping ocean just outside, My 22 year old daughter enjoyed using the trampoline and we both enjoyed the hot tub and having our meals on our balcony overlooking the beautiful view, The hosts were also lovely and very helpful with suggestions as to things to do. it was well located to walk and drive to different sites to visit in the surrounding areas. A nice bonus is it also had Netflix to relax at night with a movie, Because of the lack of noise and light pollution, star gazing was at its best. I would highly recommend this property.

Situated in Coromandel Town, 22 km from Driving Creek Railway and Potteries, White Star Station Farm Holiday Park features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and barbecue facilities. Very homely and comfortable, loved the fire which warmed the entire house. Well equipped with everything we required. Great location for exploring the peninsular or for a family with kids who want a farm experience.

The house is spacious and well equipped. It’s a beautiful resort we wish we could’ve stayed there longer.

Situated in the heart of an eco and wilderness park, Treetops Lodge & Estate offers luxurious suites and villas with views of the forest and lakes. This place is phenomenal. The food is great, the staff is so attentive and work so hard to make things personally special for the guests. Plus the property is unreal - so many trails to explore, a beautiful water fall exclusive to the property, I only wish we'd stayed longer!

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. The pools were amazing. Staff was nice and helpful.

Beachside Resort Motel is less than 5 minutes walk from Whitianga centre and less than 100 metres from Buffalo Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a tennis court. The location was very good. Our 2nd floor room had good views of the bay. We could walk to the CBD. The pool area was large and was an excellent place to relax.

You can walk to Cathedral Cove from Hahei Beach Resort, follow the beach and connect to the Cathedral Cove walkway (the walk takes about 1 hour each way). location, beach, cleanliness, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, spacious accomodation

Just 8 minutes’ walk from Whangamata Beach, Palm Pacific Resort & Motel boasts an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a tennis court. Exceptionally clean and well maintained property with pool, hot tub and tennis court. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

An extremely neat and attractive apartment with glorious views across the lagoon - perfect for a pleasant swim. Excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortable bedroom area and good outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful scenery. Friendly staff.

Located next to the Lost Spring Thermal Pools, this resort offers direct access to Buffalo Beach and has a heated outdoor pool, tennis court and a children's playground. Great location, accommodation is comfortable, good size, clean and has all needed amenities. Highly recommended for families with kids.
