Private parking is free of charge for all guests. Views are amazing so are staff. Cooking facilities were perfect and spacious. Loved the access to the outdoor spas

The property was perfect for our stay. The bed is comfortable and the room quiet, great for sleep. The bathroom luxurious and the kitchen area well equipped. The location made it easy to get everywhere. Staff was helpful and pleasant and the resort had numerous activities on site.

Set on 6 acres on the shores of the beautiful Lake Rotoiti, VR Rotorua Lake Resort is located is just 15 minutes drive from Central Rotorua. Clean, comfortable spacious room with a great view of the lawn and lake. Really good breakfast included. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, and the hot tub.

2nd time staying here and, as always, Pacific Palms Resort is very accommodating. Despite being in the winter season, my daughter managed to get a swim in during our stay as the pool was warm enough. Tidy and comfortable. Super close to stores, everything you need is literally just next door.

The facilities were clean and tidy, the pool area was excellent, Location was central to everything we needed and travelling outside the area was especially convenient. Highly recommend the resort.

Great facilities around the resort and activities for kids; free mini-golf, pool, tennis and table tennis. 5 mins drive to downtown, Redwoods, supermarket - a great base to explore Rotorua. Great space in the luxury one-bed apartment for a family of 4 (two young children). Very attentive staff.
This resort had everything we needed for a family getaway, my family enjoyed the tennis court and mini-golf, our Luxury room spa was absolutely huge! We had 2 nice and big TV's, the space in the one bedroom luxury apartment was generous, such a peaceful resort we will definitely be staying here every time we visit.
