Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Located just 20 minutes outside Rotorua city centre, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Rotorua Marama is situated on the edge of Lake Rotorua and the Ohau Channel. This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized. The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends. It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums. The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Regal Palms Resort offers a range of studios, suites and apartments, all with cooking facilities and hot tub. Facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Very large and comfortable room. The spa bath was unbelievable per my wife

Located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, this luxury hotel is just a 3-minute drive from Rotorua Airport. A free chauffeur is available and there is an outdoor swimming pool. The room was comfortable, neat and spacious. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the staff friendly. Clean linen and towels with coffee and tea making facilities in our room. It was great to have a small fridge too.
