Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. VR Rotorua is enriched in ethnic history. It is at this location where the First Māori settlement was established in the region by Ihunga and his dog. Loved the location right on the lake and being able to use the kayaks! We also loved the food at the restaurant and a shout out to our server, Eva, who went above and beyond with her amazing customer service! A beautiful dinner and awesome breakfast! Great view of the lake from our room!
