Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. I loved how clean and comfy it was. Plus I got to see the orangutans - closer than at the sanctuary!

Situated in Kota Kinabalu, Petronella Suites Apartment @ Jesselton Quay provides accommodation with a rooftop pool and sea views. The apartment is very comfortable and complete. Very worth it and quite close to the main attraction. Highly recommended.

Set amidst a nature reserve overlooking the South China Sea, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu features relaxing stays in elegantly furnished guest rooms. The warm and friendly staff which made me feel really welcomed to the resort. They were accommodating when I booked a room for 3 adults, whereby they provided a portable bed (even when I didn’t request for it). The breakfast was amazing- loads of selections- local and western food. The large bathtub outside the balcony. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and comfortable seats to soak in the scenery. Facilities-the jacuzzi, large pool. The water was crystal clear. The garden was well kept.

I actually stayed at Magellan as this hotel was closed for quarantine. The resort is facing the sea which was lovely to catch sunset. The variety of breakfast was spot on. If there is something that left an impression, it would have been the people especially the security/guard at the lobby!

Timba Garden FREE TOWN AND JETTY TRANSPORT has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Semporna. Excellent customer service, great option for a more green stay in Semporna, comfortable rooms, excellent value. Chai and his staff really do everything to make their guests happy!

Facing the seafront in Kota Belud, Bigfin beach resort features a private beach area. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a garden. The property provides sea views and a terrace. Feels like a hidden gem and private paradise. Great dive shop with charismatic guides, nice boat, sufficient equipment. Great to wake up to a view of Mt Kinabalu and all the food was really lovely home cooking and tasted great. It felt like living in a little community for a couple of days :)

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Kokol Haven Resort is situated in Kota Kinabalu, 15 km from Filipino Market Sabah and 11 km from Likas City Mosque. Breakfast is ok but the view in the environment is like in heaven 10/10
