Chia and the team are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Timba Garden is simply the best place to stay. The rooms are big, clean, powerful shower, extra comfy bed and air-con. Water, Tea and coffee too!! Whenever you need to go into town or get picked up they sort it immediately. Yeah Timba is a little bit outside Semporna- but Semporna town centre is not great, not great at all. Timba also has beautiful gardens, hammocks, superb WiFi everywhere. Not only is there a varied free breakfast, the team at Timba can also organise all your tour requirements from PADI scuba trips to snorkeling and Island hopping. Then... if you don't fancy going into town for dinner you can dine at Timba!! I have travelled all over the country and Timba was the best. Brilliant place. Thank you.

Facing the seafront in Kota Belud, Bigfin beach resort features a private beach area. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a garden. The property provides sea views and a terrace. Its like the survivor series concept. Away from city life. Enjoyed the nature, sea, sand and sun. It is very calming. The staff are friendly and jovial. Thank you Fadzli and Jill(sorry guys if i spelled your names wrongly, and sorry to the rest as I did not catch your names). Met the owner, Hafiz, awesome guy. The place is so welcoming, even the cat named Tuxedo, rests on top of me while i was relaxing on the hammock. He makes me feel at home.

Kokol Haven Resort는 코타키나발루에 자리한 3성급 리조트로 사바 필리피노 마켓(Filipino Market Sabah), 선데이 마켓(Sunday Market)이 열리는 가야 스트리트(Gaya Street), 카라문싱 캐피탈(Karamunsing Capital)에서 15km, 리카스 시티 모스크(Likas City Mosque)에서 11km... The view was out of this world and our room was great. Stephen, the general manager and his staff were so helpful and friendly, wished we could stay longer.

The place is really pleasant. Near the coast, just 15 minutes from Kota Kinabalu, actually. But one feels so far from KK.
