We received a free upgrade and our rooms had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the jungle and a river valley down below. Every detail of the décor of the rooms is tastefully picked and the result is elegant without pretense. The food was interesting, good and fairly priced, and served on a beautiful deck with a vista. The staff was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and it will remain a high point in our two-week visit of Sri Lanka. Incidentally, it is a steal!

The food was great and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful accommodation with incredible food and wonderful staff, I arrived very late and they made sure I had something to eat when I arrived as I had been trekking in the knuckles and was exhausted! I can highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some peace and reconnection in nature, especially after a demanding hike in the mountains. I had a great yoga session and Ayurvedic treatment, and the room was stunning - such a treat!
