Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. We really liked how personal the whole experience was. Special thanks to Francesca and the entire team who took care of us during the St. Valentine's dinner. The food, the atmosphere and design of this place is just on another level. However, the most amazing were the views this place offers. My son 8 years old said he enjoyed the ride on the golf cart - they use those to get visitiors from reception to their apartments. Me and my wife enjoyed breakfasts, sunsets and the views. Next time we are going to order Half-Board because the food is just terrific.

The location is awesome for day trips The stuff we’d professional and help us in every request We had a BBQ night with all the other guests and it was great! Located 2 km from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside. The place is very silent, perfect to relax. It is also very welcoming and the staff is warm but professional at the same time. The restaurant staff is trained, which makes the service perfect, the chef is very good.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant. Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Brand new facility. Amazing Spa. Good food. Overlooking a sumptuous region. Not sure how one could expect more.

The house is fantastic and every detail has been thought of - the garden is equipped with a bbq, lots of spaces to sit and relax (lots of shade), and a jacuzzi. The living room has a pool table that can be turned into a table tennis table and is for private use. The kitchen is lovely ( a typical ‘country kitchen ‘) and is also very well equipped (even oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc is available for use). Three of the bedrooms have double beds and another bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses are (unlike many holiday homes) very comfortable! The house is located in a small village. Despite the fact that it is very small, there are two very good restaurants, a bakery and a bar! The nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Assisi is about 13 minutes driving from the house. The host is super friendly and responds very quickly to any questions. We also received some great tips for places to visit. We definitely recommend this place!!
