This is a charming beautiful spot in the heart of the countryside - very easy to get to and in a calm and quiet nook of land right before you reach Assisi. The place feels like family, the staff are lovely and kind. THE RESTAURANT IS AMAZING (I miss the gnocco already!) The breakfast in the morning is delicious and set up so beautifully. If you are driving this place is great because you are essentially parking at a functioning vineyard, lots of space. This place has an open air, casual and special vibe.

Aethos Saragano is a resort surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, in the medieval village of Saragano Gualdo Cattaneo, It features an outdoor pool overlooking the landscape. It felt like being in a fairytale! The gorgeous surroundings and the quiet, beautifully kept village turned into a hotel, it was enchanting.

Located 2 km from Lake Trasimeno, I Capricci Di Merion is an Art Nouveau building in the Umbrian countryside. Beautiful location, wonderful house. The pool is very nice and the salt water is a pleasant change from the chlorine ones. It has also got a nice spa although we didn’t use it. The rooms have a rustic, elegant feel which really fits in the area. Not too far to pretty towns like Cortona. The food at the property is delightful with excellent wine pairings. Complete rejuvenation.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant. Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!

Featuring pool views, VILLA PATTY ASSISI con SPA features accommodation with a spa and wellness centre and a patio, around 4.3 km from Train Station Assisi. The house is fantastic and every detail has been thought of - the garden is equipped with a bbq, lots of spaces to sit and relax (lots of shade), and a jacuzzi. The living room has a pool table that can be turned into a table tennis table and is for private use. The kitchen is lovely ( a typical ‘country kitchen ‘) and is also very well equipped (even oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc is available for use). Three of the bedrooms have double beds and another bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses are (unlike many holiday homes) very comfortable! The house is located in a small village. Despite the fact that it is very small, there are two very good restaurants, a bakery and a bar! The nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Assisi is about 13 minutes driving from the house. The host is super friendly and responds very quickly to any questions. We also received some great tips for places to visit. We definitely recommend this place!!

Situated in Orvieto, 7.3 km from Duomo Orvieto, Antichi Casali di Charme features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We were staying at the Merlot house and loved every second of it. The views and the whole property is stunning. Breakfast was various and delicious as well as the 7 course dinner and we really suggest to try their own wines. All the personnel we met was very helpful and friendly and made us feel like home. Unforgettable experience for sure!
