Beautiful hotel with amazing artwork. The room was very spacious, clean and luxurious, with a balcony and seating. Very comfortable bed with beautiful crisp linen. So many beautiful spaces in the hotel itself. Reading room, screening room, cigar lounge, all decorated beautifully. The service from all the staff in the hotel, in the restaurants, the spa and management was exceptional. Stunning surroundings with lots to do if you choose to. The food in the hotel as well as on the farm was incredible. The most beautiful spa in the hotel, had one of the best massages ever. A very relaxing and wonderful weekend. Will definitely return!

The team is just amazing. They helped with fire, ordering food straight to appartement and made us feel relaxed throughout the stay.

All the staff were amazing. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Dining in the courtyard was just lovely. Gardens were really beautiful and well manicured. Outside areas to relax in were lovely and very peaceful. We stayed for a 2nd night and were upgraded to a beautiful room directly onto the large pool. Facial in the spa was amazing and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend this small hotel to others visiting Robertson. Recommend booking one of the large rooms.

The beautiful manicured gardens, farm & facilities with a stunning backdrop. The endless amount of things do to, from cellar tours, to bread baking, to farm cycles, kayaking, eating the local produce in the restaurants and cafes, spa treatments and admiring the wildlife. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was ever too much and made you feel at home, everyone knew your name and made you feel truly welcome and part of the farm which was such a special experience. We would love so much to return some day.

The Spier Hotel is an exceptional property set inside the huge heritage Spier Wine Farm. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is top notch. The property is huge and you can spend your entire time just walking around and admiring the gorgeous property and partaking in the many activities within the farm. The team at Spier were kind enough to plan a few small surprises for us as we were on our honeymoon making it an unforgettable stay.
It was a dream made reality! I was at peace and the staff was so lovely and felt like family after a short period. I could've stayed longer. The place was immaculate. The food, massage, Mani and Pedi, spa facilities, wine tasting were all great. C'est tres bon!

The Heated pool was awesome and refreshing. The staff there was friendly and I could not ask for a better and relaxing place.
The breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable. The staff provided a fire for us to return to after dinner. the complimentary wine on arrival and in room were excellent. Room had both abth and shower with slippers and bath robes.
The accommodation was very new that's blended in well with nature. We saw ancient rock art, zebras, the second best star gazing spot in South Africa, and the people working here are so helpful. Great value for money in everything -- rooms, food and tours.
Everything was great for our 2 night stay. We saw all the animals up close. We especially had excellent service from Timothy at guest services and Josh-our ranger. Both very knowledgeable
We loved our stay here and would have loved to have been there for longer. There is a great wine farm at the end of the road and the breakfast basket we ordered was delicious. Incredible sunset views from the house.

Very comfortable room with outdoor seating area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were the only ones staying and had a chance to view the upstairs rooms. These appear small on the website however would also be very comfortable. Highly recommended as a very comfortable place to stay. The location is reasonably close to the main street however most may prefer to drive in and out. Will definitely return to Grande Provence.
This place provides the best view of the mountains surrounding Franschoek, really the best. High above the town, the mountain. The staff is friendly and helpful - i asked them which room is preferable as the view is the most important factor for me and they give their best suggestions. Great view, great sky during the night, fresh air from the mountain. This is the right place for people looking for quiet peaceful area with great view and decent design. But it is a little far from the action and from the restaurants. The villa was equipped with everything i needed.
You can't beat this location! The views are amazing. We loved hiking to the waterfall. The pool area is great, and the my son even caught two fish in the dam.
We just loved the tranquility on the farm, to top it off we had a spa day booked as a couple & absolutely loved it !
The amazing service and the whole expereince. Friendly arrival, friendly staff and amazing location.
