One highlight I’ll never forget was their signature Mahali cocktail—the best I’ve ever had! I find myself already missing its unique taste, a true testament to the thought and care that goes into every detail here. A special mention goes to Mr. Wifi Abdula, whose exceptional customer service made my stay extraordinary. From day one, he was attentive, genuinely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable. Set in Nungwi, 200 metres from Royal Beach, Canary Hotel & SPA offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. The hotel is very well managed. Customer care is very well applied here. Everything is carefully done. The room is big, it has everything you need: refrigerator, iron, kettle, AC, big table, 2 comfortable chairs, a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Wi-fi was good. The bathroom has enough space too and it looks modern. A lot of small stores around the hotel and close to the beach, around 100 m. The area has good roads, so it is full of cars and motorcycles.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Zanzibar - it's easily the best I've experienced in the Island! Everything was a perfect 10/10: from the impeccable service to the room comfort, the excellent facilities, and the delicious food. The staff, including the incredibly friendly hotel owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Set in Mtende, 35 km from Zanzibar Butterfly Centre, Baobab Africa Lodge Zanzibar offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I travelled with my kids and to be honest this place did not feel like a lodge or hotel, it felt like home away from home. Everyone from the owners Eric and Sophie to all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They made it so hard for us to leave. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will for sure go back there. Thank you to all of the Lodges staff and a big thank you to Eric and Sophie for make our trip a memorable one. We will always remember this holiday.

Located in Pwani Mchangani, 300 metres from Pwani Mchangani Beach, TIANDE Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The property is so pretty- the gardens are beautiful and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Although TianDe isn’t directly on the beach, Mariola (the owner) has a friendly relationship with a neighboring hotel that is first row, so guests can spend time there during the day. The bar and restaurant area are lovely and the food is yummy and fresh- we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool is sparkling, and the staff is warm and hard-working. Our room was clean and comfortable, with A/C, tea/coffee, good shower, nice decor. Mariola and her boyfriend live on site- they are doing a fantastic job running TianDe with a lot of hard work and love. We wish them success and will recommend to TianDe to anyone traveling to Zanzibar.
