Customer care is very well applied here. Everything is carefully done. The room is big, it has everything you need: refrigerator, iron, kettle, AC, big table, 2 comfortable chairs, a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Wi-fi was good. The bathroom has enough space too and it looks modern. A lot of small stores around the hotel and close to the beach, around 100 m. The area has good roads, so it is full of cars and motorcycles.

The experience was idyllic both for location and facilities. It is truly a bespoke boutique hotel, run with great attention to detail by Malgo and Tomek. From the moment of arrival you are made very welcome and special. The accommodation is spacious and well designed for privacy from the other rooms, yet looking out towards the Ocean. The breakfast includes fresh juicy local fruit, as well as a substantial main selection guaranteed to set you up for the day. Meals are available throughout the day, individually prepared with an awesome selection of locally caught fish - the seared spiced Tuna was a delight. The staff from the nearby village were lovely, incredibly helpful and cheerful. The proprietors were very helpful in arranging airport transfers and proposed trips to Stone Town, fishing trips, spice farm visits - with all costs transparent when settling up at the end. I made full use of the scuba diving school 100 metres away along the beach, who arranged snorkelling/dive trips to Mnemba island with its reefs shoaling with diverse species of fish. The infinity beach is a special place with a family feel - and a refreshingly pleasant swimming pool.

Only one thing i didnt like, annoying beach boys, not all of them but 90%! Selling souvenirs and later offering marijuana xD bit pushy and they are following mostly all people! -.- If you don't mind cold shower, being without electricity for few hours, having lizards in room, hundred bites of mosquito, goats and cows all over the village, go for Zanzibar! It's really good for charging batteries, clearing your mind and to see how life is simple and what is truly happiness! Tasty fresh food! <3 Tanzania will see me again for sure, hakuna matata!
Teško je Jambiani nazvati nazvati gradom. Zapravo to je selo na jugo-zapadnoj tački ostrva Zanzibar. Čoveku se može, pri dolasku, učiniti da dolazi na najprljavije i bednije mesto na planeti (mislim pri tome na celo ostrvo) ali to je zapravo slučaj sa čitavom Afrikom . Jer van hotela koji su uvek na izuzetno lepim i fotogeničnim lokacijama , caruju jad i beda afričke svakodnevnice . Tako da ako imate “mek” stomak u Africi i nemate baš šta da tražite !
Vrlo nam se svidio bazen, ležaljke u vrtu. Hrana je iznad prosjeka za Zanzibar zahvaljujući vrlo dobrom kuharu koji meni mijenja svaki dan. Hotel je izravno na plaži. Vrlo dobra cappucino pili smo u kafiću odmah do hotela. Kao i na većini Zanzibara kad je niska plima plivanje je otežano, gotovo nemoguće. U tim trenucima ono što nas je oduševilo je pješčani sprud koji se pokazuje za niske plime i do kojeg smo pješačili 200 m kroz plićak i tamo se onda kupali.
Osoblje je preljubazno, doručak izvrstan. Sobe su čiste i za razliku od nekih hotela u Zanzibaru dobili smo i čiste ručnike za svakoga.

everything! It was above and beyond! The food, the place, the atmosphere, the staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a family with 2 little girls. Everyone was very friendly and they also took care of us that my husband accidentally stepped on a sea urchin. Everything was just perfect! I have no doubt we will be back

We all loved TUI and had amazing holidays. We would definitely come back! The property is beautiful, has a lot of activities and a tropical scenery. Now to the specifics: The staff in general were super friendly and happy. A special thanks to Kelvin from the beach bar. The food was absolutely amazing, from the breakfast buffet, to the lunch in green & grill (paid, as we had only half pension), to all the dinner options - except Andiamo, see below. We specially loved the buffets at the beach and around the pool. We did 2 tours from the hotel which were great and the same price of outside companies. We strongly recommend the swimming with dolphins tour, that can be book at the hotel’s diving shop. Go in the afternoon when there’s less people. They take you on a boat and when you see dolphins you jump to the water! It’s a good workout as you do this multiple times to get a perfect shot :) The swimming pool is great and always had chairs available - great due to the low tide at the beach. This side of the island has the low tide phenomenon which makes it impossible to go swim in the ocean for some hours. But that’s nature. If you do try, take aqua shoes because there’s a lot of sea urchins. There’s free sandwiches, fruit and water at the reception 24h/day.

From the time we stepped into the property, we knew we were in the perfect place. Calm, peaceful with the sound of birds to greet you as soon as you walk into the reception. The staff are absolutely out of this world- their kindness was remarkable. I find it hard to mention all the names here, as each and every single member of staff was exceptionally warm and helpful- to find this is extremely rare. Benjamin helped us out in literally almost everything- including arranging for some medication and testaments for our baby girl. Nitin, the bar manager helped arrange a custom baby chair for her as well and checked on us everyday. The general manager himself lent us the baby chair from his house- it was a truly heartwarming gesture.The property itself is green, lush, luxurious and absolutely opulent. Going for bike rides was something we looked forward to as the beautiful Zanzibar breeze lifted us away into a magical world of nature and its bliss. The backyard pool only steps away from the sea was something we absolutely loved as well. Now coming to the food- the food was magnificent and the service in both restaurants more than perfect. Service with a smile all the way! We looked forward to the meals while we walked down or biked down to the restaurant- anticipating what would be on offer that day :) Grill station was OMG ! The dinner entertainment was also carefully selected- not too loud, just right and very very enjoyable! We will miss this stay for a long long time, no matter where we go, there was something uniquely beautiful about the place.
Everything was superb! The hotel is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the staff is 10 star, nice, friendly, polite! Hussein, Alex, Jirebi, Yasin… were AMAZING with us. Uhhh, the food, omg, I wish I could thank the chefs personally, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!
We really enjoyed our stay in Kendwa and definitely we will be back. The staff is amazing, super polite, respectful, good information from the reception from the day we arrived. The sea is absolutely amazing tho a bit wavy but nothing special or for concern. We stayed on the Bungalows and it’s close to everything. The beach is full of beds and you have as well the service button which is amazing you can eat and enjoy the beach at the same time. There is 8 bars so you have plenty to chose and you always have some entertainment. Even if you have kids it’s the perfect place they never get bored. There is a lot of water sports and as well Sky diving that I recommend if you have the courage to do it. Right outside of the hotel you have a few restaurants and a small supermarket in case you need. Every month they have the Full Moon Party that is super cool and if you have the chance try because it is worth.

Exclusive, warm, welcoming, clean, top notch food (esp. at Maisha Restaurant - went for dinner), excellent service, amazing beach (sandy, clean, Kendwa beach is one of the nicest in the Zanzibar) with guards watching all the time so that you are not bothered by the beach boys. Truly a 5 star hotel with top standards.
Nicole is a warm host able to make feel anyone at home. The restaurant lodge situated in front of the beach is stunning.
The staff were super friendly. The room was amazing and super clean. It is definitely recommended.
