He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

The staff were amazing, both at the hotel and the restaurant, 10 out of 10. There was a problem with the amenities in our room and they sorted it in minutes. The hotel facilities (sauna,spa,...) were good and really appreciated after a long day of hiking in the levadas. We managed to get the pool and the sauna to ourselves the both nights we stayed, which is always a win. The room was big, with really comfortable beds and a little balcony with stunning views of the vineyards and the cliffs. The breakfast was buffet style and with lots of options, including stuff for me as vegan and gluten intolerant. There are 3 time slots for breakfast each day, and they constantly refill the food. The restaurant was also amazing, we reserved at the hotel each day and everything was charged to the room. The food, again, incredible, the vegetarian espeitada was to die for ( I had it twice !) and the mushroom burger was also really good. The portions were big. The vegan coulant was also tasty. We will be back and stay more time.

Naktsmītne bija lieliska - izcila apkalpošana. Kundze recepcijā mūs ļoti atbalstīja, kad pēc atcelta avio reisa nācās veikt izmaiņas ceļojuma plānos. Paldies viņai! viesnīcas interjers priecēja. The room is comfortable and well furnished with services such as kettle, coffee etc. The hotel as an excellent gym with all the equipment and weights that one would expect only in an urban business hotel. The sauna and in door pool is also nice. Great breakfast spread too.

Pleasant staff, swimming pools with cool and hot water, jacuzzi, luxury garden with seating areas! Restaurant, bar and BBQ - delicious food for any taste. Stable Wi-Fi with good bandwidth. A variety of decorative elements that create a cosy atmosphere.

The staff was amazing, specially Ms. Marta Vasconcelos who made us feel very welcomed and gave us some treats 🥰. The fact that there is a real beach with warm water near by is also a big plus.

We had a corner room with own outside jakuzzi, amazing sea view and large inside bath tub - it was really a well designed and thought-through space that fulfilled all our needs
We were personally welcomed and the lady was very friendly. The house is big and has all rooms as described.
