He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

The staff were amazing, both at the hotel and the restaurant, 10 out of 10. There was a problem with the amenities in our room and they sorted it in minutes. The hotel facilities (sauna,spa,...) were good and really appreciated after a long day of hiking in the levadas. We managed to get the pool and the sauna to ourselves the both nights we stayed, which is always a win. The room was big, with really comfortable beds and a little balcony with stunning views of the vineyards and the cliffs. The breakfast was buffet style and with lots of options, including stuff for me as vegan and gluten intolerant. There are 3 time slots for breakfast each day, and they constantly refill the food. The restaurant was also amazing, we reserved at the hotel each day and everything was charged to the room. The food, again, incredible, the vegetarian espeitada was to die for ( I had it twice !) and the mushroom burger was also really good. The portions were big. The vegan coulant was also tasty. We will be back and stay more time.

Porto Moniz is a spectacular part of the world. The biggest attraction is the natural simming pool forming the island stopped the water quiet behind the stones. Becoming a great place to swim: the best of all Madeira. The north coast of the island is spectacular and beautiful, and is very little crowded. Only simming pool in the middle of the day. Nice place to spend few days close to the sea. Out of season was very nice and not so crowded of tourist. It is well connected with some roads, and nice spots as Porto Moniz are not more than 15-20 minutes by car. The town has very nice mix between mountain and see, modern and traditional. If you visit Madeira, you should stop for at least one day here.

La paraula que millor defineix Funchal i Madeira es que es un jardí, molt cuidat, sense grafitis, la gent molt amable, viuen del turisme, pero, no et sens "guiri", una gastronomia que sense ser molt extensa es molt cuidada, el peix molt be, pero, la carn, espectacular!!! Un molt bon lloc per passar unes vacances!!!
Tot!! El personal era súper amable i atent. Les habitacions estaven molt netes i ben equipades. Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades, sobretot els jardins i les piscines. El menjar dels restaurants és boníssim (l’esmorzar també). És molt tranquil, hem estat molt a gust i ens hem relaxat moltíssim. Ho recomano fortament per qualsevol persona que visiti Madeira. És el millor hotel de l’illa.

Apartament molt ampli, modern i agradable. Disposa de tot el necessari per passar un bona estada. Increible terrassa exterior, amb vistes a la muntanya. Bonica piscina, encara que no la vam utilitzar. El millor, la amavilitat del propietari en Leonel, molt amable, ens va aconsellar diferents indrets per visitar a Madeira. 100% recomanable
Hem passat uns dies fantàstic a aquesta caseta de Machico. Fantàstic el poble, la platja, el menjar... L'apartament té tot el que necessitis, la terrassa és molt gran i està a prop de la platja. El millor lloc per a la teva estança a Madeira, a prop de l'aeroport però tranquil.
Santa Cruz
L'apartament estava ben ubicat, aprop de Funchal però sense la massificació. Pàrquing privat i supermercat a prop. El pis té de tot el que necessites per passar uns dies a Madeira. L'accés a la carretera principal és ràpid.
Calheta
Molt ampli, molt net i molt ben equipat. Molt bem situat, a 5min de la platja amb cotxe. Unes vistes genials, i una zona molt assoleiada. Si tornem a Madeira, repetirem segur en aquest apartament.
Se, Funchal
Molt bon tracte i poder disposar de serveis complets inclòs parking, malgrat no haver-lo emprat. Si tornem a Madeira repetirem.
