Maitai Rangiroa is located between the villages of Avatoru and Tiputa, on one of the largest lagoons in the Southern Hemisphere. Great location, nice infinity pool with the sea view! Good breakfast and amazing restaurant for dinner! Food is really delicious. Very nice personnel, always try to help if you need something! Good snorkelling just nearby the Hotel's beach.

I loved my stay here due to several reasons: the host, Hinano, is so wonderful. she is so kind and make me feel so at home. I appreciated her hospitality so much. The place is very clean, comfortable, and ideally situated near the marina, very convenient for diving. The other HUGE plus is having wifi in the bungalow and a bike and kayak at your disposal for no charge. I also enjoyed the privacy. Note that the picture shown first is not part of your space; it’s the lanai in her house, but she will welcome you to enjoy it with her and have a lovely chat. If I were to return to Rangiroa, I would definitely book here again.

Their hospitality truly made my experience in Rangiroa unforgettable.The house itself is charming and well-maintained, reflecting the warm and welcoming atmosphere of its owners. They offer pick-up and drop-off services from the airport, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, the owner's brother runs a boat tour company based right next to the house, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the genuine hospitality of Polynesia and have an unforgettable stay in Rangiroa.

The rooms are tidy and the outdoor area is great for chilling out. There is a kitchen in case you need to cook something or have breakfast. Bicycles are available to explore the island. The host is very friendly and we had a great time in Fare Mahei. You are picked up for boat trips and otherwise restaurants are within cycling distance or the pizzeria is within walking distance. We also recommend cycling to Tiputa pass to see the dolphins. The best time is between 16:00-17:00. We would always recommend the accommodation and look forward to staying here again on Rangiroa. Perfect for paddleboarding, snorkeling, water walking. Easy walk to restaurants. Owners are super friendly have lived here for decades. They know everyone and it was easy to book excursions through them. The bungalow is brand new. Quiet location and great A/C and kitchenette. The owners have taken alot of pride in the bungalow and it shows. Fresh passion fruit and baguette brought every morning for breakfast!
