Easy walk to the village. Beautiful island please look after it and don't let anyone spoil it!

The Hotel Le Mahana Huahine is located on a white sand beach with a coral garden located next to the hotel's private pontoon. All bungalows offer a terrace and a flat-screen satellite TV. The location is amazing, the personnel friendly, the property clean.

Hosts Natalie and Papi were the highlight of staying at Alaroots. Some of the nicest, most welcoming people I have ever met. They provided great insight on local culture and traditions.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, close to the sea, restaurants and shops. The owners were very accommodating, we had everything we needed. If we are ever in Huahine again, we will definitely stay in this place.

Huahine Beach House offers a public bath and an open-air bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodations in Fare. Really everything! Location is perfect. It’s right at a beautiful white sand beach with plenty snorkeling opportunities literally three meters away. A 200 meter stroll via the beach takes you to the village with a great restaurant (Métis), supermarket and a relaxed vibe. The owners give you all the privacy you, but are also helpful for instance lending their kayak or snorkeling mask. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with nice airco in the sleeping room and a nice outdoor kitchen and seating area overlooking the blue lagoon.

We just liked everything, the Host, the Loaction, very clean, very well equiped, very close to Fare, the Host did the car rental for us, picked us up at the Port and brought us back to the port without any charge just try it yourself!

The tour with Amando (Huahine Nautique) is incredible! The island is beautiful and diverse and is true Polynesia. No tourists and the yacht club is the place to eat and drink and watch the sunset. Happy hour is from 5.30pm.
Ideal para hacer una excursión en Huahine nautique y otro día alquilar auto o scooter para recorrer la isla. Comíamos en un Restaurant al lado de la playa del centro. Barato y buena comida. Increíble vista. Muy recomendable.

Our hosts were fantastic. Great location. Lovely accommodation. Fantastic beach. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us. They were lovely, even fetching my wife's phone to the airport after she left it in the apartment. I can't recommend this enough. If you visit Huahine, then staying here is a must. Supermarket, restaurants and local food on y9ur doorstep. We will be back x

I spent almost a month there and I had such a great time. Natalie and Papi are amazing, warm-hearted hosts and so is the atmosphere at the hostel. The cultural activities are fire! Facilities are simple but it is always clean and there is everything you need. Haapu is a lovely little village and a great place for starting your expeditions on the most beautiful island Huahine.
If you look to stay at a hotel on Huahine, your choices are limited to about 2 properties. The beach and snorkeling at the hotel are exceptional. Beautiful location, and nice accomodations for this remote of a place. Very gracious staff. Available paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel equipment. The snorkeling at this location rivals the best in the world.
The presentation pictures of the accomodation, although beautiful, don’t do enough justice to the guest house. An extremely balanced mix of authentic touch with modern amenities. You have to be well aware that coming to Huahine means embracing the nature and the local vibe. Franck has been extremely lovely and helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this stay to people who understand and embrace the rustic vibe and that want to have a authentic island experience.
We loved the quiet surroundings, pool and ability to rent a car from the owners. Owners, Alain and Jean-Luc are very friendly and ready to share information on the island. They recommended a lagoon tour company that far exceeded our expectations. There were consistent breezes blowing plus an over the bed fan keeping us cool.
