Le spot, hotel in Fare

Le spot offers accommodations in Fare with access to free WiFi and sea views. Guests have a private terrace.

The manager (hostess) was wonderful. Although she didn’t speak English she tried very hard to be helpful, and for a reasonable fee transported us to and from the ferry. Grounds were nice, and it was in walking distance from the Main Street in town.

The location was absolutely superb, one of the most beautiful beaches with a lot of fish and corals to see. The breakfast was good, the bungalow was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good, too.

Pension Te Nahetoetoe, hotel in Fare

Set alongside a small private beach on Parea Island, Pension Te Nahetoetoe features Polynesian-style bungalows offering views over a coral reef and the Pacific Ocean. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi.

This is perfect for me. Very quite, sound of the waves, proximity to beaches and food. A million times better to me than a 5* palace. One of a kind.

The location was perfect, close to the Airport but no means of transport except for taxis at a high price.NB It was a big problem in locating the property. It took myself and two locals ,a husband and wife in their land rover truck to find the property after an hour, just driving around looking for the house and asking people .I spoke to the owner Mr Gwendelyn about NO SIGNAGE to his property and the roadway

Fare is a lovely spot and is conveniently located to access all spots on the island. We would have loved to have stayed longer in Huahine. We rented a car for one day and we rented bikes for one day. We explored so much and enjoyed just stopping in to spots that we spied along the way. It was great to be able to walk into town also. The people are very friendly here. We loved going to the Hotel Mahana for lunch. If you have lunch there, you can use their beach and facilities. I would have gone back a second time and spent more time there if we had had the time! We also saw the sacred eels, fed them and pet them! Talk to the people. They are very proud of their island!

the super grocery store was super!

the super grocery store was super! They had everything you might need. The shops were cute, of course selling touristy stuff. We went by boat several times from Royal Hotel Huahine for a few meals. We ate at the yacht club dont' remember the name exactly.

Quiet town off the beaten Polynesian path.

Quiet town off the beaten Polynesian path. The Super U grocery store has most of what you'll need. Huahine Yacht Club is really the only restaurant for dinner, which was fine for us as it's affordable with a great happy hour. The sun sets to the west over Raiatea, Tahaa and Bora Bora from the water front seats at the Yacht Club. Most rental transport facilities are in Fare and there are multiple ATMs. Highly recommend seeing the island by E-bike. Both islands can be toured in a single day with the E-bike. Also recommend the Motu Picnic, an affordable all day snorkeling adventure with traditional shore lunch on an east-side motu. Stop by the Yacht Club to register.

We.loved the top floor of this beautiful home..It has a really big breezy balcony overlooking amazing mountains, the village and the bay of Maro'e. Beautiful pool. Well appointed. 2 big bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large bathroom and large balcony. . We hired their car for 3 days as the capital,Fare, is a good 20 min drive. We used their 2 single kayaks in the bay in front. The French owners are super friendly and keen to help.. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the slower pace of Huahine.

Very close walk to the beach and the town of Fare. The owners were lovely, making good suggestions on what to see. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a patio, and was very, very nicely designed and decorated.
