Our stay was wonderful in the sunrise chalet (you get to see the sunrise above the dunes). The outside area is very spacious and includes a swimming pool and a garden terrace. The two separate rooms with one double bed and three single beds are great for a family. Hot tub and billiard too. The activities in the desert (dunes bashing at sunset and camel riding) were very well organised. The manager invited us for a campfire to drink tea and eat corn on the cob. We had a fun time under the stars talking through the evening.

This was a great way to get a bit deeper into the dune sea and enjoy a world away from the usual urban hustle-bustle. There was only one other couple there on the night I stayed. The food was great and watching the sunset over the dunes was spectacular. They also arranged a camel ride at the closer-in camp, and this was also a new experience that I was looking to have while in the desert.

Em Sur, a 44 km de Forte de Al Hadd, Arkan Al Barzah Hotel Apartment apresenta vistas da cidade. A very successful stay. The room was clean. We had a large, comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. Sur is a good base for exploring this part of Oman. Recommended.

Falcon Grand Hotel dispõe de acomodações em Al Ḩadd perto de Al Hadd Turtle Beach e de Forte de Al Hadd. Este hotel de 2 estrelas dispõe de um serviço de concierge. Hotel seems very new, the room was huge, with a nice design and clean. Bathroom was also nice. the access is very easy from the main road, at the begging of Ras Al Hadd village. The person at the reception also suggested us a very good restaurant, one of the best of our stay in Oman.

The Sur Plaza Hotel is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. Hotel muito limpo, staff muito simpático e prestável. A piscina é ótima e arrefecida! Excelente relação qualidade preço, recomendo muito!
