Great location and close walking distance to the waterfront. Lovely friendly staff. Especially loved the local touch of being shown to our room. Loved the beer garden and the food was great too. The king balcony room was awesome, we ended up making some new friends while hanging out checking the view out.

The room was perfect with a nice sea view balcony. The location was very good, half a minute to the sea and the restaurants and supermarket. The staff were very nice and kind.

Since this location is quite a distance to restaurants, choose the option for dinner. The food and presentation were 5 star. Great value. The breakfast choices made you feel like you were at a fine restaurant. The distance from Christchurch airport is not bad. About 50 minutes to 1 hour. After 3 days in Australia after our flight from the US this was a great way to start our New Zealand holiday. If this property is available book it. You will not be disappointed.

Views were more than we could have hoped for. So close to restaurants and bush walks. Veranda was way larger than we had expected.

Cute funky cottage with loft sleeping area, easy to manage stairs to the loft. Resident cat made herself comfortable. :) Got to feed the sheep by hand. Very engaging and welcoming hosts.
