Sommarøy Arctic Hotel is located in the picturesque coastal village of Sommarøy and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, a 50-minute drive from Tromsø. It offers free private parking. it is an amazing location and terrific scenic. the breakfast is so good and so much varieties.

A nice place in a convenient location - both if you have a rented car or if you use public transport. As for details - I stayed in an apartment with a sea view (apartment for two people). I know the Tromsø area well, so when choosing Steam Pier I knew where it was located and how to get to places such as the airport, etc. My apartment was in the main building (let's say - "the brown one"), which is shown in the photos. The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything was ok, but I agree with other people's comments - there is a bit of a lack of storage space - if the assumption was that there was no space for a wardrobe or a chest of drawers in the room, it would be nice to equip the apartment with at least some hangers (in the apartment I lived in, there were hangers placed on the bathroom door - ok for jackets, but not enough ;)). It would probably increase the comfort during longer stays - for me (stay for 1 night) it didn't matter that much. But regardless - Steam Pier is a very nice place, with its own parking lot, and check-in is super easy. As for the views - they are one of the biggest advantages:) I recommend!

Located in Buvik, Buvik Sea Lodge Apartments offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Each of the units consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with... The location was fantastic. It was very remote, about an hour from Tromsø, and far from any businesses. Take your own groceries, especially coffee. The apartment was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were more spacious than other places we'd stayed in Norway with a nice bathroom and good sized living room. The best part was the large balcony. Also, the sauna was extremely nice despite how warm it was outside and proved especially comfy after a good hike. And of course Espen was the best host!!

Cozy apartment close to nature, Kvaloya. Nằm ở Kvaløya, cách Tromsø City Hall 11 km, The Polar Museum 11 km và Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden 11 km. The location is within a 5-minute walking distance from Stroleva Skistadion and a beautiful hike to Rødtinden mountain. If you like spending your time actively, it's a perfect place. The apartment was waiting for us with a key in the door so we could enter it whenever we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, including basic seasoning, olive oil, tea, baking paper, and plastic bags. The host was very responsive whenever we needed something.
