This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

It is very close to the centre but in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. The kitchen has everything we needed. The biggest plus is the option to rent bikes only for a returnable deposit. Great value! PS: some reviews mention mosquitoes - there was Raid plugged into the socket as soon as we arrived. There were still some mosquitoes but not an excessive amount.

I have visited Cozumel via cruise ships for the purpose of diving. I decided to fly and stay in Cozumel for some diving specialty courses. I brought my wife to Mexico for the first time and she loved Cozumel and this hotel. She's happy and so am I. The breakfast is the best I ever had staying at a hotel. The location is great too. We could walk to many of the reasonably priced restaurants. The ocean view was inspiring. The hotel made every effort on maintenance and appearance of the hotel. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.
We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and she’s showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!

Nice hotel for the kids. They enjoyed the kids pool area! During our stay there were always lounge chairs available, the pools were always clean. The beach area was nice. Did not see any seaweed in Cozumel. It’s a smaller resort for families! All in all our stay was relaxing! If you want to party it’s not a good spot for you. There is a club open until I believe 2am but was almost empty the days we were there. One of the days we went there were about 20 people so it was better!

The hotel is very well located on the island of Cozumel. It is in short walking distance to the promenade and the ferry that connects the island to the mainland (Playa del Carmen). The room is very spacious, modernly furnished, and exceptionally clean and tidy. I enjoyed in particular the nice and generously sized balcony. Especially the good communication with the hotel in regard to individual queries but also the general check in and out process has to be mentioned.

Amazing little hostel in the heart of San Miguel de Cozumel! Loved the vibes and the location, they even have a super nice pool. The owners Rudi and Pepe are always concerned about your comfort and experience and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one! They are also certified dive instructors and will take you out on a dive for a reasonable price. 100% recommended! Don’t forget to pet Maco, the hostel dog!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful with recommendations and any silly questions you may have about Cozumel or Mexico. The room has everything you need, a large bottle of water included, coffee maker and cooking equipment. Location is nice with small shops and cafes around but you will need a scooter on cozumel. The hosts will recommend a rental which is good and offers a good price.

Everything was clean and tidy! The perfect stay for friends, close to everything. A walking distance from the city center + the marine. we felt very safe in the apartment. The hosts were amazing, very quick to answer and helped us get in personally when we got there. Amazing stay and would definitely stay there again if I’m ever again in Cozumel! Very recommended 🙏🏼
Most highly recommend! Without a doubt excellent value across the board. After 4039 years of coming to Cozumel for months at a time, I needed a hotel tjis time for 4 days. What a pleasure to find Luna Azul, after driving past it many times since it was renovated. You will not be disappointed. 30th is 1 block away to flag rides and sorianna supermarket is 7 min walk.

Very centrally located and close to ferries. The owner and the staff were super. They gave us lots of advices and recommendations and they were ready and willing to help us all the time. We fell like we were at home, Manuel is a great host and will make you feel at home. He gave us many local recommendations, and even took us on a ride one day. Cozumel is great, and deserve many days in your vacation. The hotel offers very good bikes for free, which is a ++++, as this is a method of transportation that allows you to go anywhere.
Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cozumel. I was in Mexico for 3 weeks - this was the cleanest hotel I visited. Complementary breakfast is great. Stuff is very helpful, speaks english which is rare in Mexico. Localisation is also amazing, next to the old town, and 5 minutes walk from ferry. I would love to come back again to this place.
Nice staff and excellent location, close to town square, stores and many restaurants as well as the ferry landing. The central location made it right to explore. A bicycle and motor scooter rental (not affiliated with the hotel) is right next door. Cozumel is more relaxed that other places and is just worth evening walks.
Nice bedrooms with en-suites, a living area and a balcony . It's on a residential street about a 15 minute walk from downtown Cozumel and the ferry terminal although there isn't a great deal going on down there so you would need to be making your own way to any of the main Cozumel attractions.
Loved the location - We were only in Cozumel for a couple of days for diving and needed something central in Cozumel and this was great. It was about a 10min walk from the ferry terminal and close by to several bars and restaurants. The property is new and very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Great place to stay and commute from. Communication with the owner went really well and the apartment served as a great spot to easily explore the town, get a ride somewhere and just to hang out and enjoy the view. I really regretted not to have stayed longer and how to visit Cozumel again…

The location was perfect, it is quiet but close to the shops and to the ferry. It's clean and quiet accomodation. We hired scooter and we booked snorkelling through the hotel and it was perfect! The communication was excellent.Its a perfect place to stay in Cozumel.Highly recommended.
