Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

Set in Cozumel, 34 km from Faro Celarain, Hotel Dos Mundos, Isla Cozumel features views of the garden. We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

The kitchen has everything we needed. The biggest plus is the option to rent bikes only for a returnable deposit. Great value! PS: some reviews mention mosquitoes - there was Raid plugged into the socket as soon as we arrived. There were still some mosquitoes but not an excessive amount.
