We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

PS: some reviews mention mosquitoes - there was Raid plugged into the socket as soon as we arrived. There were still some mosquitoes but not an excessive amount.
