Property had just reopened after the flooding so we were the only guests for those nights. Manager was ready to advise and assist us to have overall great experience at Inle Lake. Situated in Nyaung Shwe, 300 metres from Mingala Market, Trinity Family Inn provides rooms with air conditioning. This 3-star inn offers free WiFi. Everything was wonderful. Very nice people, replying to the messages I was sending them prior to the day that we had made the booking. Trying to give us information and showed a lot of support because we didn’t have anything planned and needed some assistance. Excellent breakfast!! EXCELLENT!! A very nice clean place where the power generator was on and we had light and internet. Internet excellent!!!! There is nothing we didn’t like. I only wish people choose this place when they come to Lake Inle for their visit. It’s great location great close to restaurants and easy to go to the boats and go for a tour. I wish them all The best from my heart!

Song of Travel Hostel is situated in Nyaung Shwe, 1 km from Mingala Market and 5 minutes' walk from Nyaung Shwe Bus Station. It features a rooftop lounging area where guests can enjoy cocktails. I loved being treated like family at SOT - from the messages I exchanged with Fiona the owner, to the care and help to book bus tickets, a boat trip and a private driver to the hotpools and Kalaw. Shwe the manager is super friendly and helpful, along with the whole staff there. The food was great, alot of Korean meals. I must have eaten half my meals there! I also ate local breakfasts thanks to Shwe, which I loved. My dorm bed was super clean and spacious - bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Love the rooftop which catches beautiful sunrises and sunsets, cool breezes and great views. Free bikes allowed me to roam Nyaung Shwe easily. There's the Red Mountain winery nearby, which has great views and a stunning sunset. Jesu ba for a wonderful first time visit to Inle! I will be back in July with my son and 2 friends!

Featuring wooden Myanmar-style villas overlooking the lake, Villa Inle Resort & Spa is located in the eastern fringe of Inle Lake near the village of Maing Tauk. I had such a lovely time there. The facilities are first rate and the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They put every effort into doing whatever was necessary to make my stay perfect. I was there kind of off season, so the spa was closed, but I wanted services, so they had someone come in for me. I had an amazing massage. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved the shower. Breakfast was quite yummy and they had rooms service for other meals also. The boatman they had for my lake tour really took me all over the lake. The prices were reasonable, so I could relax and just enjoy the lovely place and not stress about anything.

They have their own boat for a tour. The guy at the reception was very helpful. The place is good, but was damaged by the storm. So, they are still in the process of fixing things.
