We loved the spacious room, the giant shower with hot water, the swimmingpool, te view and the meal that they prepared especially for us. It's just a few minutes away from the National park.

We loved everything about this hotel!! New spacious room with modern bathroom and lovely private patio; excellent pool to cool off after morning safari or before evening one; very friendly and helpful manager who was always smiling and sharing info about elephants with us over meals; very good food (really liked the rice and curry!) which we weren’t necessarily expecting from a hotel restaurant. And the best part: seeing elephants across the road in park during breakfast l!! Side note: be careful about where you book in this area. The hotel we originally booked canceled on us day of when they found out we’d booked a safari through someone else (not them). We were lucky to find this current hotel who said it was our decision to book safari with them or not (although I’m sure their safaris are good too!).

The ambience truly made me feel like part of a family, enhancing my overall stay. I highly recommend their dinner, as the host prepared the most delicious food I’ve ever had in Sri Lanka. Everything was impeccably clean, which added to my comfort. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful, assisting me from A to Z in planning the safari. The pricing for the safari was very convenient compared to other options. Overall, this hotel offered a memorable experience that I highly recommend!
