We had an amazing view of the Mekong river from our room and the owners were super friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. The staff was always helpful and lovely. Best hotel in Laos! We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

I like the location and the staff. The location is very convenience to walk to the restaurants, coffee shop, bank,..etc. The staff (rate 10/10) is very helpful, friendly, and provide the good guidance on travel itineraries to visit several places in Pakse. He helped the guests to save cost on traveling to visit the interesting places in Pakse. He suggested me to join the group in the mini van with other guest so the cost per person is cheaper and more fun. Indeed, he helped to book the night bus ticket for my family from Pakse to Vientaine.

We stayed in one of the floating studios. It’s on the water with amazing sunsets and moonlight views reflecting off the water. Views r to die for in the deck and from the bed! Everything is clean and the bed is lux. It’s so worth it watching the boats go by while swing on the deck or lying in bed.
