We had an amazing view of the Mekong river from our room and the owners were super friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome. The staff was always helpful and lovely. We spent 4 nights at the Riviera Champasak and we appreciated of course the river view, tha garden but the staff (in particular Mr T.) really makes the difference in terms of customer service. They were so careful to every single detail, always smiling and fast to accomodate any request. They arranged the tour (driver) at the 4000 islands 100$ and the airport transfer to Ubon (Thailand). A very positive feedback also for the restaurant. I really enjoyed the food (local and western). The rooms are basic but the river view is worthed. We also used the bycicles (for free) and we cycled to Champasak centre (around 4km) and they also organized a scooter for 140k kip. Thank you for the great experience. I

Situated in Pakse, 200 metres from Champasak Historical Heritage Museum, Nakhone Champa Hotel features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. I like the location and the staff. The location is very convenience to walk to the restaurants, coffee shop, bank,..etc. The staff (rate 10/10) is very helpful, friendly, and provide the good guidance on travel itineraries to visit several places in Pakse. He helped the guests to save cost on traveling to visit the interesting places in Pakse. He suggested me to join the group in the mini van with other guest so the cost per person is cheaper and more fun. Indeed, he helped to book the night bus ticket for my family from Pakse to Vientaine.

Situated in Pakse, 1.2 km from Wat Luang, Intouch Riverside Hotel features views of the city. Everything was perfect. At the front desk Laa (not sure about the spelling of her name) was really kind, professional and helpful. Room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Hotel is 10 minutes walking from the city centre but the hotel can book a tuktuk for you for 30-40000 kip one way, to the airport 70000 kip one way and to the big buddha with the temple on the top of the mountain 200000 kip round trip with time to take pictures, do not miss it !

The place is very nice, good place to relax at the pool. The staff is great, really helpful, you can talk to them any time. They have lots of informations for trips.

Staff were super helpful, got us in our room earlier after the sleeper bus. Really good value for money. Great buffet breakfast. Rooftop terrace view is great.

Sala Done Khone Hotel is a 40-minute drive from Khonephapheng Waterfall. Offering modern accommodation, the hotel features a tour desk, pool and shuttle service. We stayed in one of the floating studios. It’s on the water with amazing sunsets and moonlight views reflecting off the water. Views r to die for in the deck and from the bed! Everything is clean and the bed is lux. It’s so worth it watching the boats go by while swing on the deck or lying in bed.
