One of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip through Southeast Asia. The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Boasting a spa and an outdoor pool, Mane Village Suites offers accommodations in a quiet neighborhood in Siem Reap. The location is convenient, close to the riverside, the pub street and several markets. The staff are amazing! They are very patient and attentive. We rescheduled our night bus very last minute, but they still managed to reply to me and reschedule the complimentary pickup from the bus station very quickly. We arrived at 4:30 am and they let us stay in their spa room for a nap, which is so nice and helpful. The check-in was very smooth and fast. Our bags were already put into our room, which is very close to the pool with a great view. They also packed our breakfast when we went for a sunrise tour. Before we left, they offered a spare room for us to take a quick shower and free dropoff at the bus station. Somehow they managed to remember our names and which room we stayed in. Breakfast is good and included in the rate. There are also fresh fruits every day. The pool is great! Highly recommend and will consider going back next time when I visit Siem Reap!

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool and pool area were nice and peaceful. The staff was so hospitable and very helpful, trying their best to make our stay amazing. Siem Reap is a beautiful place and there is plenty to see and do. Their suggestions gave us a wonderful stay, arranging tuk tuks, drivers, guides, recommending great tours etc. very good value.

This is a beautiful property with central courtyard with a beautiful pool. The location was good, and the staff was outstanding. 
I felt very lucky to stay at this location as it is close to everything in 5min walk yet I could get a good sleep in my great room with balcony and the staff I interacted with are very helpful that I extended my stay and the food is delicious

Outstanding hotel and level of service. Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the room, to small details which made our stay memorable. For example, staff every day left us a small desert, bikes for guests, or even mosquito spray at the restaurant. We liked the hotel so much, so we stayed 2 days longer, and they extended it at the original, discounted price. The hotel is a bit far from the city, which was a great advantage for us because it's located in the quiet countryside, but still only 10 min by tuk-tuk to the center.

Though the classic room is their "starter" room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels. Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia.
The rooms were excellent. We had pool view rooms - sheets were wonderfully thick and pristine, very roomy, elegant and very clean. Bathroom was enormous with a bath, separate shower area and double sink vanity. The breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive. It had a nice mix of western-type breakfast offering and local Cambodian soups and noodles. The coffee was actually really really good instead of the often watered down filtered coffee one gets as such spreads. We cannot say enough about the staff - The front desk staff - Soriya - in particular - but really everyone at all hours of the day really went out of their way to help us making bookings, with suggestions, and just greeting us warmly after a hot day out exploring. Because the hotel doesn't have secure wifi, one of the staff, Sam, even helped me out by allowing me to using his personal hotspot when I needed a secure connection. Truly excellent and above and beyond the call of duty!
