We’ve stayed at around 30 hotels in south east Asia and genuinely this is the best one we’ve stayed at! The service is second to none, they can’t do enough for you. We had fruit and tea on arrival, they showed us to our lovely room with gold motifs on the wall, which had a very big comfortable bed and all the amenities you’d expect plus a mini bar! We ate here a few times and the food is great! We were even give free pastries to try from their new bakery which were delicious! The pool is the best and most refreshing I’ve experienced in south east Asia, and a very relaxed and serene place to unwind after a long day of walking around Siem Reap. Upon leaving the hotel all the staff wished us the best on our travels, and two of the staff members saw us all the way to our car. I’ve never experienced service like it, genuinely the best! I’d have paid double what I paid for the experience I got, the value for money is exceptional! 100% would recommend staying here.

This is really beautiful and cosy hotel. Very quiet. Ideal for retreat!! Close to Ankgor Wat temples, old town market and other local attractions. Very clean. Service super nice!!! Everyone is polite and helpful. We love it.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel itself is convenient to get around town took me 15-20mins to the nightmarket and pubstreet while it was like 5-10mins to most shops and restuarant nearby. We experienced issues with the tours we pre-booked, and the staff was quickly able to book us new tours within issues. thanks to the reception team they were all very friendly and informative as well. Overall, great stay!
