We really liked this hotel, we had a upgrade which was really nice, loved the decor, room was very spacious, breakfast wasn’t included but there was a menu with plenty of choice which was always very nice. Others meals were cooked very nice when we ate there. All staff were very polite and helpful, we enjoyed seeing the ladies in the restaurant. I made a big mistake with our dates and didn’t realise till we were on our way( travelling around ), so mad panic, so got in touch with them and a lovely person called Chan sorted it out for us, they took all the worry from us, so we were very grateful. It’s a lovely hotel, but for us it’s all about the staff.

Disappointing, frustrating and not enjoyable.
Did not enjoy staying here, found the staff to be nice but did no enjoy the hotel at all.
Breakfast poor, stale and very basic.
Rooms not clean, not allocated together, never felt comfortable.
Wedding celebrations meant no sleep.
Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Large room with comfortable bed and nice to have balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom was huge but shower had no enclosure so made much of the room wet.
Egg station was best part of breakfast & chef was good.
