All the staff was genuinely friendly and were all interested in our comfort and satisfaction, whether the guard at the gate or the manager. The included breakfast was great, both when we ordered ala carte, or the buffet. Restaurant meals were good as well. The room was clean and modern. WiFi was good. Staff attended immediately to any need/issue we had. Enjoyed the view from our balcony.

Very warm welcome with a cold towel on a hot day. Excellent lake and city views from the rooftop bar. Temperature aside, I really liked the room. It was bright with natural light and the bed was very comfortable. It's right in the centre of the city but somehow, it's still quite a calm environment within the hotel.

The room was well appointed, and the bathroom was a good size with a decent shower and very hot water! Walking distance to a reasonable mall that has food, drink, bars, pharmacy, medical centre, copying facilities and a huge Carrefours!

My room was very near the restaurant and was a little loud in the evening. But overall the stay was very good. The staff were excellent, very kind and responsive. The room was on the smaller side but very clean. It had a mosquito net, fan, TV and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and there was hot water. The wifi was very fast. Food was good and the restaurant is open all night, which is nice if you get in late. Will definitely stay here again.

Well appointed room with A/C, sliding windows were fully screened so could also open them for fresh air which I liked. Good hot shower. Great full breakfast buffet. Nice staff except for lady at check in who was rather cold, tho' professional. Location was just ok, under 10 min by car to central downtown area
