Staff was very friendly and professional - our bags were taken to the room for us and we were warned about a refurbishment that was happening few floors above, which we did not even hear. They are just at the train station so it's a great location and very close to good food spots and the castle. Room was very spacious and modern. Provided tea was of really good quality. Bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was amazing.

Professional and welcoming staff and cosy rooms. Excellent location, right next to the station and bus terminal. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Larger bathroom and bathtub compared to other similar standard Japanese chain hotels. Great breakfast with allergens listed on food which made it easier for vegetarians. by japanese standards, the room was massive and had all amenities, bikes were available free to use and the location backs right onto mt. bizan. yet the best part was how above and beyond the hosts went for us, if youre not sure about visiting tokushima, give it a try you wont regret it.
I like a lot the reception's hospitality and was willing help in English and in Japanese explaining every detail. Also it was very clean and they gave you complimentary bottle of water every day. The location is perfect because you were near everything in the center of Tokushima.
Just a few minutes away from Tokushima Station and the bus interchange on foot, this hotel has a great location for anyone planning in using the (bizarrely slow) public transport there. It has a microwave for guests, although placing it on the first floor near reception was unusual.
Good hotel for low budget staying, nice public bath, location is a bit far from main Tokushima station. Near a lot of restaurants and great family owned yakiniku place. Hotel is old and definitely need renovation, but still conditions are good for 1-2 nights stay. Staff is great.

The Staff, especially Rei’san was exceptional. The assistance she extended in arranging my forward accommodation was a journey saver. It was my home base in Tokushima in my Shikoku Henro journey and for so many friends and co-pilgrims. We were one big happy family at Hostel PAQ.

Stand alone hotel on top of a hill overlooking Tokushima city. No traffic, it is a kind of nature reserve. I had a huge tatami room with panoramic windows. Very nice public bath. The room did have a private bathroom but no shower - Ryokan style.
Location is great. Abt 15 min walk from Tokushima st, 5min walk to Bizan ropeway, and 5min to the nearest convenient store. Hotel staff are all very nice. Super friendly and ready to help.
