I would give 12 stars if it were possible. Breakfast was the highlight. We were initially hesitant because Daiwa Roynet Takamatsu's breakfast was a let down. But here, they have a huge variety. They had local dishes, which were all well-introduced. The room and bathroom are super spacious, beds are wide. Location was perfect.

We stayed for two nights and it was the best place we stayed at on our month long trip to Japan. as soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed and so well taken care of. the food was just beyond amazing, the building is so cool, the surrounding area is gorgeous, the staff is so personable, the sauna amazing, and we got to spend some time with the adorable rescue cats. this place is worth the trip out to Shikoku alone, but it's also very close to a lot of interesting places to see like the Iya valley vine bridge, Oboke gorge, a yokai museum, beautiful nature, onsens and more. we will most definitely be back :)

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole percorrere il percorso degli 88 Templi nella parte iniziale. Appartamento piccolo in stile giapponese. Gestori molto cortesi e attenti, ci hanno accompagnato in auto al primo Tempio e in stazione per la partenza. Interessante la cabinovia di tokushima con un panorama particolare sulla città e sulle montagne.
The hotel was really nice and fancy. I didn't expect that with the price. Hotel room was very big for a single room. There is a Lawson right outside, also there is a Starbucks, restaurant and a 24hr supermarket within 5min walk distance. The free parking at the hotel is good, too. Many other hotels nearby don't have free parking.

The hotel location, the beautiful views, the amazing museums of art 🎨 and the pure fresh air. The very helpful shuttle bus driver; he was most helpful and lovely person. Also the great vistas and walks on the bridge.
The open air bath on our room's balcony was amazing, as was dinner. Breakfast was pretty good too! This was our first time staying in a ryokan and it was as magical as I had hoped.
The Hotel Sunshine in Tokushima is a good quality Hotel, in a good location, ample parking and good value for money. The friendly staff were very helpful, easy fast check-in, the rooms were comfortable, good lighting and very clean. The Hotel is suitable for everyone from family groups to business people.

Conveniently accessible with shuttle bus from Naruto JR station available. Friendly staffs who can speak English and with English instructions to get around the buildings.

We loved everything about our stay. But if we have to single out three things it would be the unbelievably beautiful remote location of this inn with its onsen, the gourmet dinners and the kind, hospitable staff.
The staffs were helpful. The dinner and breakfast were great. The room were clean.
