The Suite ticked most of my boxes; amazing long bath with a private panoramic view to surrounding Nature (once you figure out its control knobs!) Huge balcony, really spacious, tucked away from the main hotel hub of activity yet accessible by lift & convenient to the ample carpark. Front staff were helpful, friendly & efficient. Breakfast deal was full American + healthy choices.

Situated by Lake Myvatn, this hotel offers WiFi . All rooms feature a TV and private bathroom. Skútustaðagígar natural site is 2 minutes’ walk away. I do not have enough compliments to this gem I found. Staff extremly kind, facilities are sparkling clean and very comfortable as well. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.

Absolutely loved this place but due to our schedule we needed to leave early the next day so couldn't enjoy breakfast there. The restaurant was exceptional - the service, ambiance and food were a very high standard. With the added bonus of going into the Cowshed to meet the calves and cows! Plus we got to see the Aurora in this location just topped off a fabulous but too short stay! We will definitely be back to enjoy more of what the area has to offer.

Overlooking Lake Mývatn, this camping site offers cottages with wooden floors, a private bathroom and a terrace. Great facilities, great design, comfortable and spacious space, lovely few, quiet. Cant recommend more
