Beautiful property located in the heart of a beautiful village, and within a 30 minute drive to larger cities. Apartment had a stunning view looking right out at Loch Ness. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, with a small grocery selection just up the road for essentials. Everything in the apartment was perfect, and the fact they went above and beyond and added a small Christmas tree was the icing on top! 100/10 would recommend!! Thank you for allowing us to make beautiful Christmas memories here!

Affordable apartment in Hogwarts-style resort; the amenities are wonderful for families with an indoor swimming pool (must pre-book a time), ping-pong, billiards, board games etc and the ability for archery, ax-throwing and knife-throwing right on Loch Ness. The apartment gave us the option to cook our own meals after driving long distances and eating out during our 10-day trip. It is a great launching site to other places in the Highlands and our family really enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Craigdarroch Hotel - Marie & her team were exceptional & made us feel so welcome. We were house hunting but they made us feel like we'd come home each evening. Food was to die for - Fillet steak was one of the best I'd ever had! Breakfast was fab as well. It was all so yummy. The views were just gorgeous & perfect for staying by Loch Ness - I would advise everyone to stay here - we loved it.

This was a wonderful accommodation on beautiful grounds with deer in the front yard. Clean, spacious, and comfortable - the bathroom was particularly great including a high pressure shower after a long day. Kind host and generous welcome gift basket. We've been booking hotels for weeks but there were fewer options near the Loch Ness attractions and this will stand out as one of our favorites. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

We recently stayed at an inn located in a stunning setting, right next to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean. One of the highlights was the communal kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals, which I found very convenient and appreciated. .

For the premium price we paid for 2 nights, it was disappointing accommodation, and for that reason we did not eat in this hotel ! at all. Hotel though is not how I would describe it, more like a 70s / 1980s hostel. I wrongly assumed when it was housed next to the Loch Ness exhibition centre that it would good , but it wasnt .

The volunteers at the Lochside Hostel were all absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make my stay as fun and as comfortable as possible. The hostel was lovely— really gorgeous location on Loch Ness. I only spent one night here but if I had the time I definitely would have stayed longer. Thanks guys!

We flew from London to Inverness, and drove by hire car to the Hotel. It was out of season, rooms , food, (evening meal and breakfast) were excellent. Service was efficient and helpful. We only stayed one night. It was an excellent location tom see Loch Ness, the nearby waterfall, and castle.

Location and complex great. Meet and greet on arrival was also great. Apartment very close to the swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, and with access from the garden of the flat to our car parked only 20 yards away. Very very close to the Boathouse Restaurant, Loch Ness, and town centre.

The location was very good, set back from the main road with a beautiful view over Loch Ness. Our meals were good and the staff friendly. Would definitely go back again. We requested on booking, a room on the first floor with a Loch view and a walk in shower which the Hotel provides.

The Hotel is really on the Loch Ness side, close to the local harbour where you can take a cruise on the loch. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A good choice for a 1 night stopover to visit the Loch Ness area. The breakfast, which was included, was really good!

Beautiful grounds on Loch Ness with lots of interesting places to explore. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds, plenty space in wardrobes. The hosts are very caring and welcoming, recommended us some fantastic hikes in the area.

The building was historic and gorgeous. We had a one bedroom and a two bedrooms apartment for our 6 person family. The apartments were beautiful and comfortable, well furnished. Location was perfect, right on the Loch Ness. Staff was attentive.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and informative. Taster menu was interesting for me; not quite up to my wife's satisfaction. Location of Fort Augustus was fine for access to Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and then down West Coast via Oban.

This property is very unique and interesting. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. Walkable to downtown Fort Augusts and abbey is located on Loch Ness.

Great Hostel, in a brilliant location. I could see Loch ness out of my window. The beds were comfortable, my kids loves being in a family dorm and the dog enjoyed her stay

Nice location -easy access to village of Fort Augustus, very good place along Loch Ness to take day trips. Apartment was spacious with 1 bedroom and 2 baths.

The hotel is on the East side of Loch Ness. There are not much tourist, so it is quite and you can enjoy the environment very peaceful.

Great accommodation when you want to stay near Inverness/Loch Ness. Had a room in the older part of the Hotel. Room was clean.
