Everything from arrival met with a hot toddy, the staff were so attentive and genuine. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was fabulous infact beyond excellent it was spectacular. Breakfast was tasty and perfection. The hotel is beautiful but also the staff make the stay amazing . They make you feel like at home.xx thankyou for an amazing.stay and all of your help and care xx

Rolig, fin utsikt mot innsjøen, kort gåtur til sentrum på rolig lokalveg. Svært god frokost med god havregrøt og full scottish med haggis.

The room was equipped with everything we needed and super clean. It is pretty clear that the host wants her guests to have a great experience paying attention to the smallest details. We loved the two muffins waiting for us in the room :) Many thanks to Natalie for her warm welcome and her delicious breakfast! We will definitely come back!
I was visiting from Canada and brought my son and daughter in law. The lodge was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We like the fact that they are green focused. The location was perfect for hiking and sightseeing. Only we didn't see nessie.
The location. I loved that we had a yard with play toys for our toddler. Ft. Augustus was our favorite place in Scotland.

We had an amazing stay at the Highland Club for NYE. Our apartment in the old abbey was so spacious and lovely with modern furniture and all amenities you could think of. We had a fully equipped kitchen, huge living room, lovely bedroom and bathroom. A welcome basket was waiting for us, filled with all sorts of lovely stuff (snacks, noodles, rice, wine, cookies, fudge etc.). Also the fridge was stocked with milk, we had all the basic cooking ingredients... simply amazing! Staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage (there is no elevator). The common areas were amazing - if you are a Harry Potter fan, this is the place for you! It really felt like real-life Hogwarts! We loved the indoor pool and also the big "common room" with pool tables and other games. The courtyard with the big chess game was also really lovely. Location right at the shore of the Loch Ness and only a 5min walk to the centre of the town! Will definitely come back!
The Hotel is clean, well kept and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast is filling and replenished continuously. Loved the wild bunnies in the garden!!!

The bed was really excellent and the bedding was high quality. The 2 burner gas hob was great for light cooking, instructions were well explained for the amenities. We loved that we felt like we were in the trees, but in comfort.
Lived our stay here! Super comfy bed, a great hot shower with good water pressure, spotlessly clean, and Alisdair was a kind host, definitely going above and beyond. (He found a power adaptor for me to use late in the evening when I realised I had lost mine, and brought lemon tea up to my room when he heard I had a cold.)
