We had dinner and breakfast. The location was great, overlooking Loch Ness. The hotel gift shop, although it was closed the morning we left, because it was Sunday.

The caravan was located in the garden of a property, this didn't make any difference the privacy was excellent, we were not disturbed. We were greeted upon entry, informed if there was any issues we could simply ask. Then left to our own devices, absolutely fantastic service.

It's a busy little town in the height of season, understandably with the views. Parking can be a problem but it's a donation so as cheap as you want. Loads of shops and plenty of establishments to eat and drink at.

The area is that of a a journey stay.
The area is that of a a journey stay. There are some places to chill, hundreds of B&B and lots of new homes in the making. It is a perfect stay if you are traveling to the highlands, the north or the Isle of Skye and want some rest but not in Inverness.

The drive along Loch Ness from Inverness to Drumnadrochit...
The drive along Loch Ness from Inverness to Drumnadrochit was stunning. The village is small with the well appointed Loch Ness Inn providing a great dining and bar experience. After we checked out we went and explored Urqhart Castle which was wonderful for it's museum, gift shop and ability to wanderthe grounds and explore the castle. Truly a great experience with more magnificent views of Loch Ness!

Stayed for one evening.
Stayed for one evening. Staff were rude, place was a glorified shed. Road up was hard work on motorbikes. Too far out of town. Grounds were unkept, Sheds were neglected.
Clunebeg too expensive for what it was.

Beautiful village just outside of Inverness great location...
Beautiful village just outside of Inverness great location for Loch Ness obviously.
Great places for food. we ate at the Clansman Hotel and Loch Ness inn both great food and staff were very attentive
Good location and definitly a family friendly hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful owner. Each logde has a parking space, that a plus. You can buy your tickets for a boat trip on the Loch Ness on the premices. Just cross the bridge to get to the village, great choice of restaurants there. Numerous beautiful hiking trails, including one that leads straight to Urquhart Castle.
By the way, the lamps, along the windows, in the dining room (where we had our breakfasts) are stunning!
The food at breakfast or when dining was really good. Although dining and drinks in the evening were a little pricey compared to other restaurants we ate at. The hotel was clean and decor was traditional if a little dated.
Staff went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, great choice of Vegetarian/Vegan food, room very cosy, restaurant also cosy & welcoming, can’t fault anything really, a wonderful hotel
