Staff were very friendly and welcoming Rooms were spacious especially the disabled accessibility rooms lots of space to move around.. The view from lounge looking on to the Firth was beautiful. The refurbished Ship Inn is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Galloway. Although this was a very last minute, one night only booking, and we didn't get to experience the full package right down to breakfast or dinner, the hotel 150% met our expectations. Room was spacious, clean with modern, also very clean bathroom. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely book The Ship Inn again should we find ourselves in the area.

Exceptional service. Big comfy bed, well stocked bathroom. Swimming pool was excellent, there is also a gym, sauna and spa pool. High quality. Really reasonable price. The food was really delicious and high quality.
