I actually ended up staying twice during my time around Alexandria. The location is very beautiful, amazing private beach with white sand and incredible blue water, well maintained by the staff- the neighbouring beaches are very dirty with lots of rubbish, but the one next to the hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit dated- especially bathroom. Nevertheless, I had very comfortable stay with beautiful sea view, towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. The pools are clean, there is enough of sun beds. The spa experience was also very good- simple facilities but excellent service. The food was very good with rich choice and excellent quality. I have no words to describe how amazing the staff is! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. They were extremely helpful with my queries and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Everything was very easy with their attitude and they had solution to any problem. It was my birthday while I was there and they surprised me with a whole cake (which was delicious)! The price is very reasonable- it might not be a top end luxury, but for someone who would like to enjoy beautiful seaside of the Northern coast, in friendly atmosphere and not overpay this is the best place around Alexandria. It certainly met my expectations and I would stay there again.

It was our anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. A big thank you to the entire team as well—Mr. Khalid, Hana, and Areej were exceptional in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We’re deeply grateful and can’t wait to return! Farouq and Aisha

Everything Our stay was exceptional, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The fruit basket and cake were lovely, and every detail for my husband’s birthday surprise was perfect. I am deeply grateful to Mary, Marianne, and Alaa for their professionalism and attentive care. Both Khalid and I will cherish this memory forever. Special thanks also to Ahmed Marazeai by the pool, and Ahmed Ibrahim and Ahmed Ashmoni from the housekeeping team, who enhanced our experience with their romantic room decor.

Nastanitev Marassi Boutique Hotel-Blanca s 3 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu El Alamein, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Plaža Safi Beach in 36 km od znamenitosti predel Porto Marina. Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff. Available both a cold water and a hot water pool. The workers in the lodge are always ready to help you in whatever you need. Hamo, the manager, is super kind, speaks good English, and he can arrange for you all the tours you need and even a take away meal at the hotel, near the pool. Lovely experience.
