I had fantastic time at Borg el Arab! I actually ended up staying twice during my time around Alexandria. The location is very beautiful, amazing private beach with white sand and incredible blue water, well maintained by the staff- the neighbouring beaches are very dirty with lots of rubbish, but the one next to the hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit dated- especially bathroom. Nevertheless, I had very comfortable stay with beautiful sea view, towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. The pools are clean, there is enough of sun beds. The spa experience was also very good- simple facilities but excellent service. The food was very good with rich choice and excellent quality. I have no words to describe how amazing the staff is! Everyone was very kind and accommodating. They were extremely helpful with my queries and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Everything was very easy with their attitude and they had solution to any problem. It was my birthday while I was there and they surprised me with a whole cake (which was delicious)! The price is very reasonable- it might not be a top end luxury, but for someone who would like to enjoy beautiful seaside of the Northern coast, in friendly atmosphere and not overpay this is the best place around Alexandria. It certainly met my expectations and I would stay there again.

The best hotel in Marsa Matruh, it's a really nice place, the breakfast was great, room was clean and had everything you need. The location is perfect near city center. Best part was the owner who is extremely friendly and really likes his city, he gave me a lot of details about things to do and see in the city and closeby. I stayed there several times.

Located less than 1 km from Safi Beach, Marassi Boutique Hotel-Blanca offers 3-star accommodation in El Alamein and features a terrace. Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff. You guys are really making a very good image to our country. I will definitely be back Seif Eldein Zahran

Thank you Mr. Mostafa for taking care of each guest and being such an excellent manager. This is a great hotel to relax and have absolute calmness. I will surely come again!

The place is amazing and the guy from the front desk (meu migles) is just incredible. Always happy to help and a great chef!

Alexander Lodge has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Siwa. Unbelievable property with fantastic staff. This property is particularly special. Everything was incredible. On the last day we had a puncture on our rental car and literally within 2 minutes the team took the wheel off and shipped it off to nearest garage 3 hours away. Crazy level of service. Incredible incredible incredible!

Spent a week & extended for 2 more days in July. Amazing staff so friendly, cooperative, and professional, especially Mr. Ahmad Hussein & Chef Badr at the restaurant & Mr. Foaad at the reception. Rooms are wonderful, clean, fresh, comfortable, and spacious. Beach is beautiful. Different daily entertainment programs/ shows. The GM, Mr. Magdy & Mr. Ahmad are very professional. The hospitality, cleanness, ambiance, and staff made our stay a memorable experience! Definitely will go back!

Facing the beachfront, Triumph White Sands Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Marsa Matruh and features a fitness centre, private beach area and restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk. I think his name was Mohamed Ahmed and the lady at the front desk was amazing; She gave me useful tips about Marsa Matrouh. The other lady at the cafe on the ground floor was extremely welcoming and she walked all the way from the cafe to the beach to ask us if we need any refreshment. The room service was also amazing; we had breakfast and when we returned the room was cleaned proactively; the room service lady always had a welcoming smile. Last but not least the beach guy proactively got us towels; set up the beach table and open the umbrella. Everyone was great. Keep it up guys!
