The quality of breakfast and other meals was excellent and all staff treated me extremely well during my stay. Mariam, Mariana, Ahmad, Atef, Adham, Islam and all the other staff whose names I forgot (sorry 🥲) are top employees, professional, friendly, kind, hard working. I only have good words to say about them. And the hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I will return for sure. Very soon inshallah!

Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff.
