The room was nice and large, we get one with big livingroom. Personal was great, especially the hotel manager on reception, he was really kind and helped us with everything and was perfectly taking care of us during our stay. He managed for us trips around Matruh. Wifi signal was perfect. Tasty oriental breakfast. Beautiful view from balcony! We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this hotel to every traveler.

On the last day we had a puncture on our rental car and literally within 2 minutes the team took the wheel off and shipped it off to nearest garage 3 hours away. Crazy level of service.
