Location was great. The whole apartment was spacious, clean and quite well organized. There are a few departmental stores in the vicinity and it's quite helpful. The parking facility in the premises is a big plus. Many tourist attractions in and around the Liberec region are also exciting.

This hotel was on my list for some time and I finally did it! Location and everything was perfect. Our dinner on top of the mountain with the sunset was extraordinary! I enjoyed every minute of it.
The staff were amazing really, both the lady with whom we communicated regarding our arrival, and the lady who prepared breakfast. The hotel responded to our travel needs and all concerns before and during the stay. The online registration went really well, there was a welcome note in the reception listing all our names, including the kids. A great human touch for a self-checkin hotel. The hotel was in a quiet part of town, the parking lot was spacious enough. The breakfast was really nice. Nice hot water in the shower.
Amazing hotel Although the rooms are not new, the flow in the shower was excellent. The room was clean and had soaps, a fridge, a TV. We took a room with an entertainment package and it was excellent. Lots of facilities for children, pools and spa. good breakfast. There are other restaurants in the hotel that we ordered food from. Good pizzeria. And another restaurant that was also good. There is also a lot to do in the area.

The apartment was beautiful and included so many lovely little personal touches - the artwork + craft decorations, the comfortable furniture, the beautifully redone interior, the little gifts on the pillows. It's also a perfect location right in the middle of (in my opinion) the most beautiful part of town, and the hostess was so welcoming. It was also great for traveling with a 1 year old - the apartment had toys for him to play with, a high chair, and a nice crib. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.
Absolute satisfaction. Great accommodation in a room with a French window and beautiful city views. Clean bathroom and modern furniture. Breakfast (including warm breakfast) and dinner were very tasty. Parking near the hotel, good wifi quality. Wellness in the next building, connected with tunnel, so that going in bathrobe is possible. Definitely we will return!

I loved that there was 24 hour reception, snacks and a welcome drink upon arrival, a fully stocked minibar, comfortable room with 3 different types of pillows. I organised late checkout without a problem and was not disturbed by the housekeeping (as I am in most hotels) parking was easy and convenient, I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and the staff were friendly and professional. Daria and Bara were particularly helpful.
