The communication was fantastic as was our host, who speaks Spanish as well as Czech and English. Her recommendation to have dinner at Motel Even just down the road was spit on - the best food we've had so far on day 10 of our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing apartment!! There were only two of us traveling but the apartment could easily have accommodated 8+. Lots of games/toys, would be a fun family option- the owners did the remodeling themselves and it is a beautiful place! They were both very kind and welcoming, we would have loved to stay longer.

Room is small, but nice and clean and bathroom as well.
There is small fridge in the room and in the hall you can lend a kettle. You will get set of 2 pcs towels per person and there is liquid soap. Net in the window, so no insects. We could have a dog with us in condition not leave her alone in the room and no dog in bed. There is some fee for dog in the room, but in the camp itself dog is free of charge.
We didn't have any breakfast there, so I can't judge, I think it is served between 8 - 10 am. The whole camp is focusing on kids, It is easy to entertain them. The wood float across the Jizera River is attraction for everyone :D Also goats, rabbits and the lookout train every 90minutes to Mala Skala. It is a perfect location. The small send beach and grass, the river there maximum depth is round the waist.
Rooms has own shower and toilets, but camp showers for tents cost 30 CZK/per 3 minutes.
We came on a walking holiday. The train was very useful for getting to places. we loved visiting the museum and just wished a bit more was in English but that is our fault for not speaking Czech! We loved the park, walking along the river. The easy access to Mala Skala. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Unfortunately i went during the Coronvirus outbreak as i was accompanying my daughter who was having a medical procedure so not a holiday for me , i also went out of season, other than that i would return for a holiday as its very pretty and lots to see , i didnt see much as lock down was imposed in Czech republic.
The hotel staff and nurses at the hospital were very nice but i did find the people surly and rude to the point that i felt uncomfortable.

Place is simply amazing if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities. Narrow paths that lead you to ancient castle, towering stone spires and deep forests. Cozy family restaurants sprinkled here and there, low prices, big grocery store in Turnov center, you won't need anything else <3
It is a complete house with everything you need for daily life. For hikers to Bohemian paradise it takes about 10 minutes of walk to be there. The property owner communicated with us immediately after our booking. When they knew we would travel by train to Turnov, they offered pick-up service. They are ready to help you at any moment if you ask for. We got even delicious self-baked cakes as surprise from them! We had a very pleasant stay! It is part of beautiful memory of our travel to Czech Republic.
The breakfast was very good , the cleaning and housekeeping is superb, but the rooms are very simple i cant name it as four hotel stars . No telephone in the room , for any question or problem it was needed to go down to reception . The reception worked only until 20:00 , and during the day served by very yong nice girls but seems not professional they need to call the manager for even small problem. Drunk travellers
Clean, safe, easy access and parking out front. The instructions on how to get in were the clearest I have ever received. I had heavy luggage so the ground floor apartment was a good choice. Turnov also had some surprisingly good cafes and restaurants, e.g., Cafe Depo and Panorama cafe. The chicken dish at the Plaudit Restaurant was tasty. The apartment is located close to all of these.
