We visited the apartment in mid-summer. It's a modern apartment, nicely looking, with the kitchen being reasonably equipped. Location made it easy for us to drive to places, easy parking in front of the building.

The hotel's design is nicely done; it's clear they wanted to create something that made an impression, and I'd say they succeeded. We got a room upgrade; the room we got was spacious and modern, the beds comfortable, the shower strong and hot, and the balcony was nice for enjoying a bit of the autumn sun. The welcome drink in the bar was a nice touch, and the breakfast had a very good selection, and the quality was good too. Location wise, it's ideal if coming by train; the train station is 5 minutes in one direction, and the heart of the city five minutes in the other direction.
Pavel (the owner) was very helpful with everything. He kept contact with us during our stay and gave us tips about the surroundings and activities there.
When we arrived, we got very tasty handmade cookies and we felt direct welcome :)

The location of the house is wonderful - there is a forest behind it, further up you can go skiing, other side down is a small town Jablonec with a nice glass museum. Everything is within 10-15 minutes by the car.
Spacious apartment on the ground floor of a family house set away from the road and surrounded by greenery. Large and modern bathroom with both shower and a bathtub, big dining room table that fits everyone. The owners are very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. We loved the area - a convenient location for hikes but also for exploring Jablonec and the whole glass region. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
The facility is an old communist hotel restored to an awesome apartment complex. This is done perfectly and you really feel the contact with the nature being there. An apartment is a compact one made with high quality materials and spending time there is a pleasure. I really recommend staying there as a base point for trekking.
