An amazing place to stay in Salento. The tree house style rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views on the valley. The staff were really kind and the breakfast was amazing. Also recommend eating dinner at Kawa as the food was excellent. They have their own footpath which goes to the main town and viewpoint, it’s about a 10 min walk. Loved the sauna!

A gorgeous bnb located on a hill overlooking Salento town. It is just a few yards walking to restaurants. Calle Real is a few minutes walk. Salento is a beautiful but very small town. The hotel is a colonial old style building with much dark wood finishing but is very stylish. Our room was upstairs on the corner of the building with superb views over the town and to the mountains. Two balconies and large windows so very light. Comfy bed, good shower, excellent breakfast. The young chap Leider who was there during the day is very friendly and helpful. He speaks excellent English too. There are excellent hikes in the area, and the downhill cycle with Eduardo of Cycle Salento was great fun. Walk to the mirador at the top of the hill when you leave the hotel early morning for great views of the Quindío valley. Good birds to be seen too.

They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house). Armenia might just be the greenest city in Colombia. while other cities keep growing, Armenia manages to stay cozy and comfortable while still maintaining a great amount of entertainment, tourist, and dining options. Public Safety is also really great in Armenia unlike bigger cities!!!
Cities/town within the Quindio region are close enough to travel to a couple in one day and each have their own unique charm. Montenegro is very close to the Parque del Cafe, depending on what area you stay, the travel time to the park is about 20 min tops. My husband and I went to Parque Cocora for horse back riding up the mountains to visit a hummingbird sanctuary -- it was magical! We would have loved to stay a little longer in the area perhaps to camp and do more adventure-style touring. Also, loved the weather!

This place is great, located right next to the Portal of Quindio, I did have late arrival and the host was super accommodating and understanding, the apartment was super clean and well equipped with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Brand new apartment, extra clean, hot water and super secured, lots closets, the view from the bedroom is amazing. I recommend this place, I'd be looking to staying here again the next time I'm in Armenia.
The property has one of the best so far internet connectivity by fiber optics, I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by single order by the friendly kitchen staff , and last but not least the location around the Colombian mountains gives you a stay of connection with nature, birds, horses and such. I will return on the later future to this lovely place to rest , relax, be connected to the world and visit the wonderful town of Salento in Quindio , Colombia.
A beautiful, peaceful hotel where the staff are very friendly and professional. We have stayed in many different hotels around Quindio and this was one of our favourites. No loud music, good food and nice atmosphere. The staff left out marshmallows to roast on a small fire at night time, which I thought was such a nice touch! Lots of birds around the hotel and very close to visit parque del cafe.

Location is amazing, between Salento and Valle de Cocora, in a beautiful farm and with Quindio River as part of the gorgeous landscape. It is perfect to relax, meditate and enjoy life!

We loved this hotel room. It was a good size, very comfortable and the bathroom had enough space. We even had a little balcony overlooking the street and a school. restaurant was also very nice.

The hotel facilities were great and the staff was very kind. They were very fast to solve all our issues and tried to make us as comfortable as possible at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we had it every day, with Colombian typical food but also regular breakfast.
Everthing in this hotel is tinking to enyoy to the family. Kids are happiest in this place. The pools are wonderfull.
