Situated in Salento, 48 km from Ukumari Zoo, Hotel Kawa Mountain Retreat features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We had a wonderful stay at Kawa. There was nothing the staff couldn't do for us. The view is absolutely spectacular, it really felt like a 5 star experience from the moment we got there. Eduardo checked us in and made us feel at home straight away. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant as well as breakfast both days. The presentation was gorgeous as well as delicious flavours. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was one of the loveliest waitresses we've had in Colombia. There are a number of little touches which really round off the whole thing including actually nice shower gel and a little note for arrival in the room. Could not recommend this place more. There is a small path which takes you straight to town so getting into Salento is super easy.

Location was Perfect, right around the corner from the main plaza. building was beautiful with nice rooms and gorgeous courtyard. Free coffee and hot water all day. Amazing breakfasts.
